The coffee grinder we chose was a Mazzer Mini electronic. Not only are they able to handle very heavy use, but also they were compact to fit into limited spaces. They are easy to clean and most of all, allow “one-handed” dosing with a Porto filter activated bottom under the doser. What a great idea and time saver. Our baristas love that feature. We bought two because we expected to have a spare if one needed repair. It’s been a couple of years now, and both are still running like new. I would recommend them to anyone who has a busy espresso shop!
