What about cold press coffee….does this apply to the bitterness? I always drain then put in fridge? Is there a better method…it never seems bitter to me.

Bitterness sometimes comes from the quality of the coffee. Check our website http://www.1stincoffee.com for a proven selection of espresso blends including Illy and Lavazza or your local roaster/retailer.
