If you like dessert and absolutely love coffee, we have some good news.  Coffee is incredibly easy to insert into a lot of desserts and will have your taste buds begging for more.  We aren’t talking about sweet coffee drinks, either.  From coffee macarons (a light-weight cookie made either with egg whites or with aquafaba) to coffee-flavored flan, these desserts are sure to be a hit:

Coffee Sugar Cookies

Cookies made with coffee?  Yes, please!  These coffee sugar cookies are a breeze to whip up, and you can make some awesome additions to them if you’re feeling creative.  Cover them with some cherry buttercream frosting or make coffee ice cream sandwiches like this blogger did.

Coffee Macarons

If you are one of those people who can successfully make macarons, then you need to try out this recipe.  Macarons can be difficult to make, but these coffee and Baileys macarons are worth it.  Paired with milk chocolate Baileys ganache, this tasty treat will have your friends raving and it is impossible to have just one.

Triple Chocolate Mocha Brownies

You have never had a brownie quite like this before.  These chocolate mocha brownies are made using espresso powder, and then topped with a delectable mocha chocolate buttercream frosting.  Drizzle on dark chocolate, and you have a dessert that looks as good as it tastes.

Coffee Ice Cream

For the health nuts out there, here is a guilt-free dessert worth trying.  This coffee ice cream is made using only four ingredients, for a creamy and delicious coffee treat.  If you want to eat it later in the day and not have it be caffeinated, you can use decaf espresso from 1st in Coffee instead of regular.

Coffee-Flavored Flan

Give this Latin dessert a spin by creating your own variation with coffee.  You can use freeze-dried coffee, espresso powder, or even a mixture of freshly-brewed coffee and milk in this dessert.  Add a single coffee bean on top of your dessert to create a fancy look, and you have a dessert that looks like it was served from an upscale restaurant.

Irish Coffee Cheesecake

Coffee, whiskey, and dessert?  Sounds like a winning recipe.  This Irish coffee cheesecake has everything you could possibly want in a dessert, including a subtle hint of coffee flavor on top of a chocolate cookie crust and topped with Irish whiskey ganache.  Not only does it look decadent, but it will have people coming back for seconds.

Caramel Coffee Fudge

It’s that time of the year where we make tons of fudge and give it to friends and family as gifts.  With this recipe, you might not want to share.  This caramel coffee fudge is the perfect treat this holiday season, and it has two layers to excite your taste buds:  caramel and coffee.  Drizzle with chocolate on the top for a sophisticated look and share it with your coffee-loving coworkers this year.

Chocolate Caramel Coffee Cake

Do you know a coffee-lover who has a birthday coming up?  Give them the gift of this awesome chocolate caramel coffee cake, and you will no doubt be the highlight of their day.  This layered cake is impressive to behold and makes us drool just looking at it.

Ricotta and Coffee Mousse

Take a tip from the Italians and surprise guests this holiday season with an exquisite ricotta and coffee mousse.  In fact, this recipe is based off of the restaurant called Ristorante Dattilo in Calabria, Italy.  With only six ingredients, this dessert looks a lot more difficult than it actually is and tastes incredible.

Chocolate Espresso Caramels

This is another delicious treat that is perfect to make for family and friend this holiday season.  You can make coconut caramels, chocolate caramels, and classic caramels, but we’re particularly excited about this chocolate espresso caramel recipe.  The hardest part about this recipe is waiting overnight for the caramels to be ready.

Coffee Caramel Crème Brulee

Now you can use your dark roast coffee beans for both a drink and an amazing dessert!  This coffee caramel crème brulee serves eight people who will probably beg you for this recipe.  The rich coffee flavor will excite even those who don’t typically enjoy coffee.

Coffee Cream Eclairs

Craving a pastry?  We’ve got you covered.  This coffee cream éclair with chocolate ganache glaze is not overwhelmingly sweet (there is no sugar in the actual dough) and is perfect for satisfying both the coffee and dessert craving.  In fact, the subtle flavor is what makes it great for enjoying with a steaming cup of coffee in the morning.
